Aluminium Part Inspection and sorting

Parts are moving on a conveyor at a speed of 20 m/min.

 

3 cameras take high resolution images on the fly.

 

Each holes is verify in terms of size, and position from lateral part edges with 1/100 tolerances, detection of scratches and remaining foreign bodies are also checked.

 

Processing time is several ms,  then parts are sorted in different boxes according of quality levels.
